They've got a lot of experience in organising meetings, events and parties, and love to take care of every step of the process. There will be a single contact person who will go above and beyond in organising your perfect gathering. If you’re looking for a suitable venue for an outstanding corporate or private event you’ve come to the right place.

The Vrouwe Justitiazaal features beautiful lofty ceilings and is situated in the souterrain of the old courthouse. The perfect place for afternoon drinks, dinner or a dance. Whatever you have in mind, our colleagues will arrange it!

WEDDING

Your wedding, the best day of your life. A unique celebration deserves a unique location. The old courthouse is a great example of such a location thanks to its history and central location. Now you’ve found your location, our colleaggues are more than happy helping you organise this special day of yours!

There will be a single contact person going above and beyond in organising your special day. They'd love to meet you and show you around their venue(s) and customise your unique celebration. 

You name it, they'll see to it! Your wedding reception with cake and prosecco, a three-course or four-course dinner for you and your guests, or a great party with a live band or DJ in your very own part of our courthouse. When the party draws to a close, you can spend the night with us.

Restaurant De Rechtbank is the perfect place to enjoy great food and drinks. They feature European-style dishes with a few Asian hints.

The menu has something for everyone and is a favourite of many locals. De Rechtbank is well known for its outstanding outdoor seating, which has been voted the most beautiful terrace of Utrecht on multiple occasions. Catering after or during your meeting? De Rechtbank offers endless catering possibilities.
