A reservation is a group reservation when it has 5 or more rooms. If you would like to make a reservation, have any questions or want to cancel your reservation please contact us via e-mail or phone +31 30 2316424.
From and to the airport Malie House works with Utrecht Taxi Centrale. Exclusively for Utrecht Boutique Hotels guests, there is a special fee of € 79. Please let us know if we can make a reservation for you.

Both meeting rooms can be combined with coffee breaks, lunch, drinks, or an overnight stay to create a complete meeting experience in the heart of Utrecht.
Parking at Malie House
We are a boutique hotel with parking facilities, but unfortunately parking in Utrecht is not cheap. The standard rate is €6.79 per hour and a day pass through the municipality costs €47.59 (valid from 09:00 to 23:00 on the day of purchase).
Fortunately, we offer our guests a more economical alternative, which you can immediately add to your hotel booking:
Parking with hotel permit (on street)
Rate: from €35.00 per car per night
Location: On street, in a designated area around the hotel
Time: From 15:00 on the day of arrival to 12:00 on the day of departure
Limited availability, advance booking recommended
Parking in car park (2-minute walk)
Rate: €48.50 per car per night
Location: Maliebaan 72-74
Time: From 12:00 on Saturday to 12:00 on Sunday
Only available on Saturday, parking space guaranteed in a closed car park

Yes, we do! Utrecht is often called ‘bike city’, so do what locals do and discover the city by bike!
1 day = €18,50 per bike, do you need the bike only for 4 hours? then will the price be €12,50 per bike
You can check in from 3 pm until late in the evening (we are in the hotel 24 hours per day). Check-out is at 11 am. A late check out (until 1 pm) is possible for only € 15,00, upon availability.
During your reservation you can add all kinds of extra's with your booking, like a lovely breakfast or a room with a balcony. The room rate on our website is excluding city tax. We have three hotel rooms equipped with a sofa bed, making them suitable for accommodation for up to three guests. These include two Superior Deluxe rooms with a terrace and one Superior Deluxe room without a terrace. An additional charge of €50.00 per night applies for one extra guest, and €80.00 per night for two extra guests. Reservations for these rooms can only be made by email or by telephone.
Malie House does not have a restaurant, but it does feature a beautiful Salon where we serve an all-day menu.
Guests are welcome to enjoy a relaxed and elegant atmosphere throughout the day, with a selection of food and drinks available from morning until evening.
Malie Hotel works with the Best Available Daily Rate, which can cause the same room to vary in price between dates, depending on availability.
Of course! You can enjoy our breakfast buffet in our lounge. In good weather you can also have breakfast in our beautiful city garden.

Malie Hotel is a cashless hotel, you can pay with either debit or creditcard. We do not accept cash payments.
Adjusted cancellation policy
We totally understand that it’s hard to plan ahead at the moment. That’s why we’ve (temporarily) adjusted our cancellation policy. When you book the Best Available Rate via our own website you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date with no incurred costs. The adjusted cancellation policy applies to stays until December 31st, 2020. So no need to worry when making future plans!
Example: you’ve made a reservation for a stay on the November 14th, 2020. You can cancel your reservation with no incurred costs up to November 12th, 2020, 23:59 CET.
The above does not apply when booking the non-refundable rate. Should you wish to cancel your reservation with us? Please get in touch so we can discuss the possible options with you. If you have booked through a third party, please get in touch with them as their cancellation policy will apply.
